MyPath is a personal travel companion that helps you map journeys, capture memories, track expenses, and create travel stories. You may record trips manually, by live GPS tracking, or by importing route files you already own.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when registering.
You retain ownership of the trips, photos, notes, and stories you create. You grant MyPath a limited licence to store, display, and process your content solely to provide the Service to you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload.
You agree not to use the Service to store unlawful content, infringe the rights of others, or attempt to disrupt or compromise the Service. Sharing features are provided for personal, non-commercial sharing of your own trips.
Trip sharing is controlled by you. Shared links can be revoked or expired at any time. Privacy details are described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference.
The Service is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyPath is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Travel decisions you make based on the Service are your own responsibility.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
